IBRA 2023: Programme IBRA Stage, glass foyer in front of the entrance to Hall 8

The IBRA Stage awaits visitors as early as 11 am on 25 May 2023 for the opening ceremony. Afterwards, it will be the focal point of numerous presentations by renowned experts on various exciting topics. The IBRA stage is located in the so-called glass foyer in front of the entrance to Hall 8 (Trade Fair Hall of Commerce) and up to 100 visitors can be seated there so that they can relax and listen to the speakers. After all, there are 18 lectures on the four exhibition days, as a rule probably digitally illustrated, which also take up the completely unusual.

25 May 2023 (Thursday)

13.00-13.45 hrs:
Lecture: Dr. Andreas Hahn: Mythos Germania

14.00-14.45 hrs:
Lecture: Tobias Huylmans: Auditing - why throw money at an auditor?

15.00-16.00 hrs:
Deutsche Post: Lecture and signature action with stamp designer Jan-Niklas Kröger (graphic designer of the special postage stamp "International Stamp Exhibition IBRA 2023"), followed by the opportunity to get autographs.

16.00-18.00 hrs:

11.00-11.45 hrs:
Panel discussion "My Ruhr Area" with Bernd Röttgers: artist and designer of the IBRA documents (moderated by Peter Platz). Afterwards there will be the opportunity to get autographs.

12.00-12.45 hrs:
Lecture: Dieter Michelson: Auctions - successful bidding and consignment

13.00-13.45 hrs:
Lecture: Bernd Meyer (Deutsche Post): A good connection of the classic with the digital world

14.00-14.45 hrs:
Lecture: Michael Hilbertz (Global Philatelic Network): Auctions - dividing a significant collection for auction using the example of the ERIVAN collection.

15.00-15.45 hrs:
Lecture: Karl Louis (Global Philatelic Network): The Stamp - An Alternative Investment?
