On Saturday 27 May, Members, Fellows and interested guests of the Royal Philatelic Society London will meet at 3pm for a champagne reception sponsored by Köhler Auction House in the Ruhr Room (1st floor) at IBRA. The President of the Royal, Peter Cockburn, will welcome the participants, otherwise there will be time for the participants to exchange ideas.
