Youth
The Deutsche Philatelisten-Jugend e. V. (DPhJ), the Federal Association of Young Stamp Enthusiasts, offers many opportunities at IBRA to get involved with the medium of stamps. The target groups are primarily children and young people.
These activities are presented on the following pages:
